A 48-year-old man died Friday after he crashed his vehicle in Menomonee Falls while apparently suffering a medical emergency, according to police.
Officers were called to the crash about 6 a.m. Friday in the west 15800 block of Highway 175/Appleton Ave. The driver, who was the only occupant, was found unconscious in the vehicle and the Menomonee Falls Fire Department took him to a hospital for treatment, according to a news release.
Authorities believe the man, whose name has not been released, suffered a medical emergency that led to the crash and continue to investigate.
