WSP releases name of Richland woman killed in I-182 rollover

A 43-year-old Richland woman died in a rollover car crash Tuesday morning on Interstate 182 in Pasco, and alcohol or drugs are believed to have played a role in the wreck, the Washington State Patrol said.
