New Braunfels,TX : Leakey man indicted in church bus crash on June, Thursday 29th 2017

Almost three months after the tragic two-vehicle traffic crash that killed 13 people and severely wounded one other on a church bus returning to New Braunfels, the driver of the truck involved was charged in connection with the deaths and injuries.
District Attorney Daniel J. Kindred, of Medina, Real and Uvalde counties, said that a grand jury delivered 14 indictments against 20-year-old Leakey resident Jack Dillon Young. Thirteen of them are two-count indictments for intoxication manslaughter and manslaughter, while the 14th is a for intoxication assault and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causing serious bodily injury.
