POLK COUNTY, FL : Winter Haven woman dies on New Year Eve in Polk County crash on US-27 on Sunday, 31st December 2023

A Winter Haven woman died Sunday evening in a crash on US-27 in Polk County when her car went off the roadway, according to sheriff’s officials.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office said Serrina Bielss, 22, was driving a 2015 Fiat and the only one involved in the crash.
