Oil City,PA : 2-vehicle crash on 13th Street in Franklin on May,Tuesday 22nd 2018

A Venango County 911 dispatcher said a multi-vehicle crash occured at 3:27 p.m. on 13th Street in Franklin may have left multiple people injured.

Franklin police assisted at the scene but could not confirm over the phone whether or not there were injuries. It was also unclear whether or not a full report would be prepared.
