A bus filled with special needs adults crashed in Queens on Wednesday, critically injuring the driver of another vehicle, police said.

The white bus and a Nissan sedan collided at Woodhaven Blvd. and 81st Rd. in Woodhaven around 3:48 p.m., police said.

“It was such an impact the bus rocked,” said witness Rocio Crespo. “I thought it was going to tip over.”

Good Samaritans rushed to the driver of the Nissan, who was bloodied and trapped in the smashed sedan.

“There were like 15 people trying to get him out. They tried to break the glass and windows to get him out,” the witness said.

The man was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition, police said.

Ten passengers on the bus suffered minor injuries, according to the FDNY.

The NYPD’s collision investigation squad was on scene probing the collision.
