DAVENPORT, IA : Davenport woman injured in motorcycle crash on Saturday, 7th September 2024

A Davenport woman was injured in a motorcycle crash Saturday evening, according to the Iowa State Patrol.

Jessica Alice Beth Irelan, 25, was traveling east on Kimberly Road when troopers say she failed to obey a red light at Kimberly Road and North Elsie Avenue.

Troopers say an SUV, driven by Chase Powers, 28, was traveling north and turning west onto Kimberly when Irelan ran the red light.

The two collided throwing Irelan off of the motorcycle, troopers said. Powers was uninjured.
