Baltimore, MD : Five people injured in traffic accidents on Sunday November 29 2015

Traffic accidents sent at least five people, including two children, to hospitals with serious injuries over Thanksgiving weekend, Anne Arundel fire officials said Monday.
Two males, ages 14 and 6, were injured shortly before 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon in the area of Bushs Frontage Road and Route 50. The 14-year-old had been ejected from the rear window of a minivan, fire officials said.
Both boys were taken to Johns Hopkins Children Center in Baltimore with serious, but not believed to be life-threatening, injuries, fire officials said.
A 38-year-old man was airlifted to a hospital after the motorcycle he was driving crashed Saturday night in Edgewater. The accident occurred just before 10:30 p.m. in the area of Central Avenue East and Ponder Drive.
Witnesses reported finding the man in the roadway near the bike. There were no witnesses to the crash and no indication that a second vehicle was involved, fire officials said.
The man was flown by state police helicopter to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with serious, but not believed to be life-threatening, injuries, fire officials said.A 30-year-old man was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore after being involved in a two-vehicle crash around 9:40 p.m. Saturday in the area of Route 3 North and Saint Stevens Church Road in Gambrills.
The man was the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, which was overturned in the crash. He received serious, but not believed to be life-threatening, injuries. The driver of the second vehicle did not require hospital treatment, fire officials said.
A 48-year-old woman was flown to a hospital as the result of a two-vehicle collision Friday evening in Harwood. The accident occurred around 6:20 p.m. in the area of Harwood Drive and Marys Mount Road.
It took firefighters around 20 minutes to extricate the woman from her vehicle. She was flown by state police helicopter to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with injuries that were serious, but not believed to be life-threatening, fire officials said.
