ROANOKE COUNTY, VA : Tractor-trailer crash causes delays on I-81 in Roanoke on Tuesday, 26th September 2023

The Virginia Department of Transportation reports commuters traveling in Roanoke County on I-81 North can expect delays due to a tractor-trailer crash on Sept. 27.The crash took place at mile marker 139.6, near the construction zone, in Salem. The north right shoulder is blocked and traffic is backed up for approximately two miles.

Drivers are encouraged to find alternative routes of travel.
