At least three people were injured, two seriously, in a two-vehicle collision in Topanga, authorities said Saturday.
The crash was reported at 11:14 p.m. Friday on Topanga Canyon Boulevard, just north of the Pacific Coast Highway, according to California Highway Patrol Officer Francisco Villalobos.
Two of the injured were air-lifted to hospitals, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
The cause of the crash, which was initially reported as a head-on collision, is still under investigation, Villalobos said.
He did not immediately know how many people were involved but said at least one person was taken into custody during the investigation.
