Millsboro, DE : 55 year-old Robin Slacum killed in head-on crash on Delaware state highway on Saturday, Nov 14, 2015

Delaware State Police say a Millsboro man is dead after his Toyota Corolla crossed the center line of Route 24 and crashed head-on into a minivan carrying a woman and three children.

Fifty-five-year-old Robin Slacum was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say he was not wearing his seatbelt when the cars collided in a westbound lane about two miles east of Millsboro shortly before 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

The 34-year-old driver of the minivan and her three juvenile passengers were treated at a local hospital and released. Police say the children were 2, 9 and 15 years old.
