IRVING TOWNSHIP, MN : Woman injured in rollover crash east of New London on Friday, 7th October 2016
An early-morning, one-vehicle rollover crash Friday in eastern Kandiyohi County injured the vehicle's only occupant.The Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office says Cayla Korsmo, 33, of Sauk Rapids, sustained minor injuries in the crash. She was transported by a passerby to Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar.
Korsmo had been driving a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer southbound on Kandiyohi County Road 2 around 6:30 a.m.
Near the intersection with 165th Avenue Northeast, the Trailblazer left the road, rolling several times.
Criminal charges are possible in the crash, pending the results of a blood test, according to the Sheriff's Office.
The Minnesota State Patrol, Lakes Area First Responders, New London Fire Department and Ambulance Service, Willmar Ambulance Service, Kandiyohi County Rescue Squad, Spicer First Responders and Life Link Air Ambulance assisted the Sheriff's Office with the crash.
