Denver, CO : One person seriously injured in Denver auto-pedestrian crash on Wednesday, August 9, 2017

One person was taken to a hospital with serious injuries late Wednesday night following a collision with a car, authorities say.

The crash happened at West Colfax Avenue and North Lipan Street, according to midnight tweet by Denver police.Denver police are investigating the cause of the accident.
