PAWTUCKET, RI : Car bursts into flames after crashing into pole on Friday, 5th January 2024

A single-car crash in Pawtucket overnight resulted in multiple explosions and power loss in the city.

Officials say the car slammed into an electric pole on Center Street around midnight and burst into flames.

The driver was the only person in the vehicle and was not injured, officials said.
