Hollis, N.H : Bicyclist injured in Friday morning crash on Depot Road, July 25, 2014
Police in Hollis are searching for the person who hit a bicyclist and then drove away.
Authorities say the accident happened 9:10 a.m. Friday morning on Depot Road.
According to police, the 52-year-old victim was riding her bike when a blue Toyota sedan suddenly turned onto Merrill Lane and struck her.
The vehicle did not stop but instead fled. That car was last seen turning onto Route 122 headed north.
The victim told police she was knocked off her bike. Police say she was taken to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
Officials say they're looking for that blue Toyota which may have damage to the right front end and or corner of the vehicle and should be missing a hub cap on the right side.
Anyone who witnessed the accident or who may have information on the driver who fled is asked to call Hollis police.
