Bismarck, N.D : 26-year-old woman died in a single-car rollover crash on Highway 1804 in Burleigh County on Monday, April 27, 2015

A 26-year-old Bismarck woman was killed on Highway 1804 on Monday morning after she failed to negotiate a left-hand curve, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

The woman was driving a 2009 Toyota Camry northbound near milepost 101 on Highway 1804 in foggy conditions when the vehicle left the road at about 6:28 a.m.

The vehicle entered a ditch, became airborne, landed then rolled before coming to a rest in an upright position. Troopers say the woman was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene.

Troopers on Monday did not release the name of the woman. However, Weigel Funeral Home in Mandan reported that Cassie Shaw, 26, of Bismarck, was killed Monday morning in a traffic accident.

The crash remains under investigation.
