KC man pleads guilty in fatal crash

A Kansas City man has pleaded guilty to manslaughter in a February 2012 crash in Blue Springs that killed an Oak Grove woman last year. Jeffrey T. Jackson, 53, of Kansas City, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Jackson County court to involuntary manslaughter and second-degree assault in the crash that killed Ashlie Limbaugh, 33, of Oak Grove, on Feb. 21, 2012, at Interstate 70 and Woods Chapel Road.
