Redding ,CA :Minor injuries in Vehicle crash along Hwy 44 on Sunday ,July 13th 2015

Emergency crews this afternoon headed to the area of Highway 44 near the Turtle Bay East open space area, where a vehicle crash caused minor injuries to a driver.

The crash was reported shortly before 5 p.m.

Redding Fire Capt. Michael Blair said there was only one person in the vehicle, a woman, and she sustained minor injuries in the wreck.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
