Tucson,AZ : I-19 overpass in 'major' crash south of Tucson on November, Thursday 9th 2017

As I have driven I-19 for many years from Tucson down south one thing I have noticed there is no speed control. Way to many accidents in which many Loved ones have lost there Lives. Drop the speed limit to 65 and hire highway patrol to cover this highway.
