PUTNAM COUNTY, WV : Oil and gas worker dies in ATV crash on Monday, 2nd November, 2020

The man who died Monday evening in an ATV accident in the Hurricane area worked for a local oil and gas company, West Virginia State Police said.
Troopers said it appears the victim was working at the time of the accident, doing maintenance on some meters in the area and headed back to his truck when he crashed.
The accident was reported just before 8 p.m. along Turkey Creek Road, not far from the Lincoln County line.
According to troopers, two people saw the victim’s truck parked in the area and later found the wreckage from the ATV accident.
