Hartford, CT : Hartford police investigating fatal car crash on Main Street on Friday, 16th November 2018

447-year-old city woman was killed in a head-on crash on Main Street in Hartford late Friday, according to police.

Yolanda Santiago, a passenger in one of the cars, was taken to Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, where she was later pronounced dead, police said.

The two cars collided about 11:45 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Mather Street, according to Lt. Paul Cicero, commander of the Major Crimes Division.

Officers who responded found a Honda Accord and Audi Q7 SUV both significant damage. The driver of the Honda, a 36-year-old woman, and the driver of the Audi, a 30 year-old man, were taken to hospitals for treatment of non-life threatening injuries, Cicero said.
