Pageland,SC : A 45-year-old from Pageland was killed on July, Sunday 16th 2017

A 45-year-old from Pageland was killed in a hit-and-run Sunday morning.

According to troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the fatal wreck occurred around 1 a.m. on SC Highway 207 near Tiny Grove Church Road in Chesterfield County.

Troopers said the driver who had struck the victim fled the scene. The victim died on scene, Highway Patrol said.

No names have been released.

Troopers have not released the make or model of the vehicle wanted in this hit-and-run, but they say the vehicle could have possible damage to the front.
