SPRINGFIELD, OH : Man cited for OVI, hit and skip after head-on crash on Friday, March 31st 2017

A driver who fled the scene of a crash in Springfield is facing multiple charges.

The Ohio State Patrol says the head-on crash happened just after 2 a.m. on Friday on South Limestone Street under the I-70 overpass.
