The Highway Patrol has identified an Idaho man who died in a crash on a frosty highway in the western North Dakota oil patch.
Authorities say 26-year-old Ethan Connell, from Wendell, Idaho, lost control of the car he was driving on U.S. Highway 85 in McKenzie County Wednesday morning. His car drifted into the wrong lane and was struck by an oncoming pickup truck.
The Tioga man driving the pickup truck suffered undisclosed injuries.
