St. Joseph County, IN : Edwardsburg woman hospitalized after head-on collision on Indiana 23, near the Michigan state line on Saturday, 15th February, 2020

The St. Joseph County Fatal Crash Team is investigating a crash that seriously injured an Edwardsburg woman Saturday on Indiana 23, near the Michigan state line.

Lori Ann Adler, 54, was hospitalized with serious injuries but is expected to survive, according to a Sunday news release from the St. Joseph County prosecutor’s office, which oversees FACT.

According to the release, Adler was driving a Chevrolet Trailblazer north on Indiana 23 about 11:59 a.m. Saturday, when a southbound Ford Taurus drifted over the center line and struck the SUV head-on.

Adler’s passenger, Richard Adler, had minor injuries, as did the driver of the Taurus, Cole Sanders, 21, of Holland, Mich.
