Tampa, FL : One person injured in motorcycle accident at East Fowler Avenue on Sunday, March 8, 2015

Hillsborough County sheriff's deputies have closed the northbound lanes of Bruce B. Downs Boulevard at East Fowler Avenue to investigate a motorcycle accident.

The traffic crash involving in a car and a motorcycle occurred about 11 p.m. At least one motorcyclist was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

No information was available about those involved in the crash.

Sheriff's traffic investigators were on the scene late Sunday.
