El Paso ,TX :Accident closes I-10 East in West El Paso on Friday , June 26th 2015

Interstate 10 East was closed Friday night because of an accident in which a person was seriously injured near the University of Texas at El Paso, police said.The police Special Traffic Investigations Unit was investigating the crash involving one vehicle, police said.Details on the accident, which occurred about 7:30 p.m., were not immediately available late Friday.I-10 East was closed at Executive Center Boulevard because of the accident near Schuster Drive, according to Texas Department of Transportation highway cameras.About 3:15 p.m. Friday, I-10 West was closed for about an hour at Executive Center Boulevard because of a separate accident involving a semi-truck near Sunland Park Drive.
