BROCKTON, MA : Three sent to hospital following Brockton crash on Tuesday, January 3rd 2017
Three people were taken to the hospital following a three-car crash at the intersection of North Main and Wyman Streets around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Brockton Fire Deputy Chief Brian Nardelli said the cause of the crash is unknown at the time, but all three vehicles sustained moderate damage and were towed.
The three adult motorists involved in the crash each sustained each sustained minor back and neck injuries, Nardelli said.
Two were sent to Brockton Hospital and the third went to Good Samaritan. Their identities were not released.
Nardelli said firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life to pry the door open and extract one of the drivers.
"We had to use the jaws because of where it happened," he said. "They were not completely trapped."
