MILTON, VT : Colchester man dies in motorcycle crash on Tuesday, 25th July 2023

A Vermont man is dead following a motorcycle crash on Interstate 89 south in Milton Tuesday night.

It happened around 8:45 p.m. Vermont State Police say a passerby reported the crash after finding Joshua Blouin, 33, of Colchester, dead at the scene They say an initial investigation indicates Blouin lost control and hit the guardrails at a high speed. Police believe he also may have been impaired when the crash occurred.
