Oil City,PA : Two-vehicle crash in Franklin on April, Friday 13th 2018

A two-vehicle crash occurred at the intersection of 11th and Liberty streets in Franklin at about 8:20 a.m. Friday, according to a Venango County 911 dispatcher.

Franklin police said the accident forced the closure of the 400 block of 11th Street until about 10 a.m.
