SALT LAKE CITY, UT : Man critically injured in night crash on Friday, 11th October 2024

A 35-year-old man was critically injured in a two-vehicle crash on 400 S. State on Friday evening.

About 11:44 p.m. that night, police responded to reports of a crash at the intersection of 400 S. State. When police arrived they found two heavily damaged vehicles blocking the road.

Inside one of the vehicles, police located a critically injured man who they believe was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash, according to police. Paramedics transported the man to the hospital. No other injuries were reported.
