Police say they've arrested a 27-year-old driver following a crash in Queens that killed a pedestrian.
The NYPD says it has charged Valentine Gonzalez with leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license.
Police say Gonzalez was making a turn in a box truck at 76th Street and Woodside Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Sunday when the woman was struck.
The victim's name has not been released.
Information on the defendant's attorney was not immediately available.
