Two people were injured in car crash at Cape Coral

Two people were injured when their car hit a pair of palm trees about 9:20 p.m. Monday in the 2700 block of Archer Parkway East in Cape Coral.

The Cape Coral Fire Department said the car had severe damage to the passenger side.

Both males were taken to the hospital, one with serious injuries, the other with moderate injuries, paramedics reported.
