Lehigh County, PA : 18-year-old woman killed in a Lynn Township crash early Saturday, March 18, 2017

An 18-year-old Berks County woman died early Saturday in a car crash in northwestern Lehigh County.

Kaci Makenzie Kunkel, of Kempton, was driving a vehicle about 5:10 a.m. on Kings Highway in Lynn Township when it struck a utility pole and rolled over, the Lehigh County coroner said in a news release.

Kunkel was pronounced dead at the scene about two hours later, the victim of multiple blunt force injuries, Coroner Scott Grim reported. Her death was ruled an accident.

The coroner's office and Pennsylvania State Police are continuing the investigation.
