Dover, NH : Florida man arrested for DUI after Rochester crash on Monday, 22nd August, 2016

A Florida man was arrested for DUI after crashing his vehicle on Estes Road Monday night, according to police.
Rochester Police and Fire Departments as well as Frisbie EMS responded to Estes Road for a single-vehicle crash at 10:25 p.m., according to a statement released by the Rochester Police Department.
According to police, Joseph Flynn, 31, of Pensacola, Fla., was traveling west on Estes Road in a Subaru Legacy, when he his vehicle left the roadway while attempting to negotiate a corner. The Subaru struck a mailbox and several large rocks. Flynn, who was the only occupant in the vehicle, suffered minor injuries, police said. The Subaru sustained extensive damage and was towed from the scene.
Flynn was arrested and charged with misdemeanor level driving under the influence. He was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to be arraigned in 7th Circuit Court of Rochester on Sept. 12.
