GRESHAM, OR : A 3-year-old boy attending a church cookout was killed by a hit-and-run driver in Gresham on Saturday, August 19, 2017

A 3-year-old boy attending a church cookout was killed by a hit-and-run driver in Gresham Saturday evening who surrendered to police around 9:30 p.m.

Carlton Dean Burton, 63, turned himself in and faces 3 separate charges, including criminally negligent homicide.
