JACKSONVILLE, FL : Motorcyclist badly hurt after crash on Beaver Street on Monday, 17th June 2019

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, a motorcycle and a small SUV collided on Beaver Street Monday morning, causing lane closures in the area. The lanes have since reopened.

Traffic Homicide investigators are looking into the cause of the crash.

The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet, according to JSO. He was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
