Choctaw, OK : Three dead, one critical after Choctaw head-on crash on May 19, 2014
The Choctaw Police Department and Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office say three adults are dead and a fourth is recovering in the hospital after a violent head-on crash Monday afternoon.
Choctaw police were called to NE 23rd Street and N. MacDonald in Choctaw Monday afternoon around 1:00 PM.
According to the sheriff, preliminary results indicate a vehicle heading west on NE 23rd crossed the center line and hit another vehicle head-on. The driver of the first car, Gen Pruett, 82, and his passenger, Deloris Pruett, 70, were both killed.
The driver of the second car, Chad Condrey, 40, was also killed. A passenger in the car, Tyler Condrey, 20, was injured and taken to a local hospital where his condition is listed as critical.
Officials are still working to determine saying how the accident happened.
