Police have identified the man who died in a fatal rollover crash in Marion as 23-year-old Fredwilson Dossantos from New Bedford, according to Massachusetts State Police.
Dossantos was a passenger in a 2006 Ford Econovan that rolled over on Route 195 near exit 20 around 6:45 a.m. Wednesday after the driver lost control of the vehicle, police said. The driver of the van and three other passengers were also New Bedford men who suffered various injuries, according to police. One 27-year-old passenger was airlifted to Brigham and Women’s Hospital from Tobey Hospital in Wareham with serious injuries, police said.
The crash also involved a Ford pickup truck driven by a 33-year-old New Bedford man, who was not injured, police said.
