Barry County, MI : Arkansas woman killed in Barry County crash on Highway 76 on Wednesday, 22nd August 2018

A resident of Hackett, Arkansas, was killed in a motorcycle accident just after 1:30 p.m. Wednesday on Highway 76, five miles north of Shell Knob in Barry County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

Dawn E. Davis, 59, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Shell Knob fire chief, per the Barry County coroner, the patrol said. The driver of the vehicle, Edward W. Harkreader, 58, of Henderson, Arkansas, was taken by medical helicopter to Mercy Hospital in Springfield with serious injuries, the patrol said.
