CHESNEE, SC : Busy highway in Chesnee reopens following crash on Thursday, 9th November 2023

Troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said an early morning crash caused a highway in Chesnee to shut down.

According to officials, a car was driving along Highway 11 when they hit a utility pole.

Duke Energy said the road would not be open until the utility pole was repaired.

As of 8:30 a.m., crews have completed the repair and the road is back open.
