Billings, MT : Minor injuries were reported after a collision on Monday, August 7, 2017

Just minor injuries were reported after a collision and rollover on Billings' West End.

A pickup headed west on Rimrock Road past 62nd Street West went through a stop sign, causing a crash with a southbound minivan, according to Billings police Sgt. Matt Chaney.

There were three children in the van, who were all restrained in car seats, Chaney said. Two people from the van were taken to the hospital for precautionary checks.

Chaney said that the use of child seats and seat belts likely played a role in the outcome. Both vehicles had serious damage.
