Lanham, MD : Motorcyclist killed in crash in Lanham on Wednesday, August 13, 2014

Prince George's County Police say a motorcyclist was killed when he swerved to avoid a stopped car in Lanham. It happened about 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on Annapolis Road. Police say 46-year-old Francis Allan Hall of Laurel was driving west when he swerved to avoid a car stopped at a red light. Officers say the motorcycle struck a curb and hit the stopped car.
