The Latest on a fatal wrong-way freeway crash in Scottsdale (all times local):

The Department of Public Safety has identified a wrong-way driver killed in a Friday morning crash as 29-year-old Rulon Beazer.

The driver of the other vehicle was injured but survived.

The crash happened on southbound SR 101 at Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.
