Jacksonville , FL : 28- Years old man was Hit and killed by car crash at the west side on Monday night , December 9th 2014

A 28-year-old Jacksonville man was hit by a car and killed late Monday night on the Westside, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Troopers said Tyler Harmer was trying to cross Normandy Boulevard at Lamplighter Lane about 11:40 p.m. when he was hit by an eastbound car approaching the intersection. Harmer died at the scene.
