Concord, N.H : Minivan crashes off highway in Concord on Saturday, May 7, 2016

A man was taken to the hospital after the minivan he was driving crashed off the highway in Concord, New Hampshire.

Police said the 75-year-old driver fell asleep at the wheel while driving on Route 89. The man's car drifted off the road and hit a sign before crashing 150 feet off the road and getting stuck in a bog.

The man was taken to the hospital. Police said his injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
