LOMIRA, WI : 1 killed in wrong-way driving crash on Interstate 41, Dodge County sheriff says on Friday, 11th January 2019

One person died overnight in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 41 in Dodge County, according to a press release.

In the press release, Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt said it happened just before midnight near State Trunk Highway 28 in the township of Lomira.

A silver Ford pickup truck was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of I-41 when it collided with a Peterbilt semi traveling southbound in the right lane, the release said.

According to officials, the driver of the pickup truck was pronounced dead at the scene.
