Lubbock ,TX :One man dies after being hit by car on Saturday , June 27th 2015

One person has died after being hit by an SUV in southwest Lubbock.Lubbock Police responded shortly before 11:45 Saturday night to the intersection at 74th street and Quaker.Police say 36-year-old Adrian Chappa was crossing the intersection when the SUV going north hit him.According to Lubbock Police, there were two people in the SUV.
