Lavale, MD : Three people killed in a single-vehicle accident accident in Lavale early Saturday, April 30, 2016

Three people were killed in a single-vehicle accident accident early Saturday in the 700 block of North First Street in LaVale, Maryland State Police said.

The victims' identities are not being released at this time, pending notification of families, as well as further investigation, police said.

First-responders found a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt with the three occupants off the roadway with extensive damage.

Troopers from the Maryland State Police Cumberland Barrack, assisted by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office and LaVale Volunteer Fire Department responded to the 1:54 a.m. crash.
