Texting and driving don't mix. Proof of that can be found along Richmond Road in Texarkana in front of Sonic.

Police say someone was texting and driving Sunday night, then crashed into a gas main and electrical line.

The entire roadway had to be completely shut down for hours.

It was still partially blocked Monday morning while crews made repairs.
